Am I the only one who gets annoyed when a package shows up looking like it went through a whole adventure? My order arrived with the box crushed and taped up really weird, and the items inside were just loose. One of them looked like it had already been opened. Definitely not what I was expecting, and it left a bad impression. I’m disappointed and probably won’t be ordering from here again.

i sent my return back and the whole refund process took way longer than i expected. it finally got sorted, but i’m still annoyed about how slow it was.

This didn’t feel like the real product to me. Something about it seemed off, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that it might be fake. I’d be careful before buying, especially if you’re expecting an authentic item

I went in expecting some solid outlet deals, but the prices looked way higher than they should’ve been, even with those big discount tags slapped on. A few items gave off that weak “marked up first, then put on sale” vibe, which feels insulting.
I checked a couple of the same products at other stores, and the so-called savings were barely there. Then shipping got added on top, and the whole thing started to feel like a pretend bargain dressed up to look impressive.

i expected better from an outlet site. If this is their idea of a deal, it’s a lame one. Not worth it for me.

I emailed customer service a few times and never got a reply. At some point, I just go by the simple rule that if a company doesn’t respond after multiple messages, it’s probably not worth chasing anymore

I waited almost three weeks for my order, and there were barely any clear updates the whole time. It was frustrating, and I’m literally not ordering from here again.
